RTT - Random Tag Tuesday

Some sweet folks have passed along a couple of blog awards this week. This happens from time to time - I always say I'll go along & then I usually forget. But since it's Random Tuesday & I haven't played tag in a while, here we go.....

Today I awoke to find I'm also officially Fabulous - woohoo! Many thanks to Joy to the blog. Now you must go visit Joy - Not only is she fabulous but she has Nutella!

So same gist, slightly different rules: I'm supposed to list 5 obsessions & then pass along to 5 fab blogs.

This is where I cheat, I'm going to combine the 2 so that I don't thoroughly bore anyone still reading this:

My Confessions & Obsessions include:

1) Alchemists - From Zosimos of Panopolis to Edward Elric

2) Baking - especially really good bread

3) I nicked the loafers from Captain D.'s RTT guest post last week over at Beautiful Wreck. If you haven't seen The Captain's blog Us & Them & need a laugh, it is a must. Even if he's having a rare off day, the comments can be priceless

4) The "Blog" of "Unnecessary" quotation marks


5) Spielberg's Jaws - if it is playing, I am compelled to plant myself on the sofa. Inevitably the husband walks & shaking his head with a "You're watching it again?!"

Sloooowing Down in my "old Age"

Been tagged 3 times lately. In the interest of time I'm going combine them together. 1st a thanks to Jude Mcconkey , Candace , and- blast -I've forgotten the 3rd. Will have to troll back thru comments & add later - sorry. Pop over & say hi to them when you get a chance, k?

Next here are the basic rules:

1.Went thru 1/2 box of tissues watching Wuthering Heights last week
2. I've met some of the most fascinating people while hitchhiking.
3. I haven't been able to stay on a bike since I was 6 (& training wheels came off)
4. I'm afraid of alligators
5. I love to bake (especially bread)
6. I was staying in a convent in Rome when I found out I was pregnant with lil dude
7. Once had a group of local ghost hunters come through the house

Ewian summed up being tagged so well, I'm just going to quote her:

"To be tagged is both positive and negative. The rules below state that you are to "tag" 6 others. Perhaps because I work for a game company (or maybe it's just my nature) I'm CHANGING the rules just this once ;-D
