Hey There! How's things?
I've got something for you today. Remember those great guys over at Uprinting.com?
They've generously offered to sponsor another giveaway. This time I'll be hosting a random drawing on January 1st 2010. 1 lucky winner will receive 100 custom printed postcards of their very own design. These 4" x 6" postcards will be printed in 4 colors, both sides on glossy 14pt cardstock.
Think of all the possibilities! You could make Thank You cards, Invitations, Announcements. The list goes on & on. For hosting this giveaway, Uprinting is kindly giving me 100 postcards as well. I'm going to print some copies of Red's Walk to give away with Etsy sales, to friends, etc.
Yep, I said I was doing this back in October/November but I missed the deadline, so I'm really grateful for another chance.
So, what would you do with 100 custom printed postcards?
Share your answer to this question in the comments before 1 a.m. (EST) on 1/1/10 to enter the random drawing. It is that easy. On the afternoon of the 1st, with help from random.org, one lucky winner will be selected. Seems like a great way to start the new year!
Please note, Uprinting.com states that winner will be responsible for shipping charge.

ReplyDeleteThanks for all of the hard work that goes into your blog!
I think I'd like to print them up as a sort of ad/memento for my studio, "WillOaks Studio" to be tucked into new orders..BUT THEN, add to the text "thank you for shopping at WillOaks Studio; please take 15% off of your next order!" Plus, the imagery on the "front" would need to be some kind of nice photo collage of a few of my favorite pieces so it would remain as a keepsake. Whew, getting so into the idea, it seems I might NEED this printing offer!
ReplyDeleteI would include them as a thank you gift for my customers.
ReplyDeleteAnd I might use some of them to send notes to friends I haven't talked with for a while.
Hi Stacey!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming and visiting me on my blog! I have been missing all of you wonderful ladies and can't wait for the craziness to be over. I did have a wonderful Christmas! Hope yours was great as well.
If I had 100 cards I would use them as thank you notes to the first 100 customers at Scrolls Work's grand opening. That would be fun!!
Save $24 in printing costs? ;D Actually I need to do some nice jewelry design postcards to supplement my usual run or art ones. :-)
ReplyDeleteI'd print my "whyte lady" on them. I love her and never get tired of her expression. She's just so confident and a lady. I love WillOaks idea of printing up a discount for repeat clients!
ReplyDeleteStacey this is a great giveaway! I would love to get these postcards, and hand them out to special customers at art shows I am in. Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteHi Stacey...what a great giveaway! Since 2010 is the year I plan to finally get published and get my work fine tuned, I would use these cards to say to the world..I have arrived! At 57, it would be incredible to be able to finally say that and have the cards to show I made it!
ReplyDeleteI would love to use them to promote and advertise my antique booth at the mall! Thanks for the chance to win some unique "advertising"!
